YOUR DATA AND HOW I USE IT
Your personal information will only be used to provide you with the latest news and offers from Stampin’ Up! and Make with Marguerite which you have requested. No data will be collected that is not needed in relation to these.
CLASSES AND EVENTS
When you book onto classes and events with me, I will ask for your name, email and phone number. These are held securely within my Customer Records, which are held on a password protected computer. To comply with tax auditing, I hold this data for 6 years. Any card details provided to Stampin’ Up!, are stored in an encrypted format, so I cannot see them or access them. If you choose to send me payments using PayPal or Bank Transfer, I will only be able to see the details that are made available by those organisations.
ORDERING STAMPIN’ UP! PRODUCTS
Except for your payment details, Stampin’ Up! make your details available to me as your Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, via my Demonstrator website. This enables me to see what you have ordered, so that I may help with after sales support. Your name and email are added to my mailing system to enable me to send you follow up emails and future product information relevant to you. You may unsubscribe from my mailing system at any time, but I and Stampin’ Up! keep your order records for 6 years to comply with tax auditing purposes.
Stampin’ Up! orders placed with me through my online store www.margueritemoran.stampinup.net will ask for your postal address to deliver your goods to you. This data is stored by Stampin’ Up! in the USA. Your name, postal address and phone number will be passed onto their courier, UPS, who use the data to print labels for routing the packages within their system, to you.

By Joining my Team, you are choosing me as your Stampin’ Up! Team Leader. Stampin’ Up! provides me with your information via my demonstrator website, which is also passed to my Team Leader. This is done, so that they too can contact you.
